How we work
Clear costs, systems in your name, and a plan built around your team.
How we decide what to build
Every recommendation starts with your goals and the people doing the work, not with a tool we want to sell.
Built around your team
The plan comes from talking with the people doing the work, so it fits how they already operate.
Ranked by payoff
Every opportunity is scored on time saved, cost and difficulty, so you start with what pays back fastest.
The option that fits
An existing tool, a custom workflow, an agent, or a combination. We recommend whichever is most effective for you.
What you can count on
Working with Inkstone
- Real tool costs in every proposal, so you know what it takes to run
- Recommendations based on your needs, from existing tools to custom builds
- Every account, workflow and agent set up in your name
- Written documentation your team can use without us
- Fixed prices agreed before work starts
What to watch for elsewhere
- "Proprietary AI" that turns out to be a standard tool with a markup
- Open-ended hourly billing with no clear finish line
- Systems running in the consultant's accounts
- No handoff, so you depend on them for every change
You own everything we build
Systems are set up in your company's accounts from day one, so there's nothing to transfer and nothing that depends on us.
Your accounts
Every tool, workflow and agent runs in accounts your company owns and pays for directly.
A guide per system
What it does, where it lives, what it costs each month, and how to pause it.
Recorded walkthrough
A short video your team can rewatch whenever someone new takes over.
Clean handoff
A live handoff call, then we remove our access unless you keep us on a retainer.
Travis Cronin
Inkstone was founded by Travis Cronin. He started in B2B sales, then moved into designing sales systems and building AI products. He has spent years working alongside founders and operators, so he knows what a small team can realistically take on.
He is also the co-founder of ClientCoded, a QA platform for AI agents. That work keeps him close to how agents behave once real customers are using them, and where they tend to break.
