Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

This policy explains what information Inkstone collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Inkstone is operated by Travis Cronin, doing business as Inkstone Partners, based in Los Angeles, California.

Information you give us

When you request an intro call, we collect what you enter in the form:

  • Your name and work email
  • Your company name and team size
  • The service you are interested in
  • Anything you write in the message field

Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential business data in the form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. The site saves one setting in your own browser, whether you have paused animations, so it can remember your choice. That setting never leaves your device.

How we use information

  • To reply to your request and schedule an intro call
  • To prepare for and carry out work you hire us to do
  • To keep the website secure and working properly
  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions
  • Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when the fonts load
  • The email and scheduling tools we use to reply to you

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and any period required for legal or accounting purposes. If we do not end up working together, we delete inquiry details within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, email us at hello@inkstonepartners.com or use our contact form. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

This site is served only over encrypted connections and uses browser security protections to block common attacks. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
